Privacy Policy
We take the protection of your personal data seriously. This privacy policy explains how personal data is collected, processed and used when you visit this website. Processing is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).

What data we collect
When you contact us via the contact form, email or the intake form, we process the data you provide voluntarily — typically your name, email address, and the content of your message or answers. When you visit the website, our hosting provider may automatically log technical access data (IP address, browser type, time of access) for the purpose of security and stable operation. We do not use marketing cookies or third-party advertising trackers.
Website analytics (Rybbit)
We use the self-hosted, cookie-free analytics software Rybbit to understand how our public website content is used and to improve its usability and performance. It records the page path and title, referrer, language, device and browser information, campaign parameters and Core Web Vitals. Rybbit creates a pseudonymous technical visitor identifier from connection and device data; this identifier rotates daily. The IP address itself is not stored. We do not use session replay, form or input tracking, advertising tracking or cross-site tracking. Private intake routes are excluded from analytics. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in improving the usability and performance of our content under Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
Cookies
This website uses only technically necessary cookies that are required for basic functionality, such as remembering your language preference. We do not set cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking purposes. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies; in that case some convenience features may not work.
Legal basis for processing
Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (e.g. when you book an intro call or submit the intake form), Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR if you have given consent, and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR for our legitimate interest in providing a secure and functional website.
Data retention
We only store your data for as long as is necessary for the purposes mentioned above or as required by statutory retention periods (e.g. tax law). Once these periods expire or the purpose ceases to apply, your data is deleted.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — typically the data protection authority of the German federal state in which you reside.
